I'm so thankful I found this company. I had five different quotes and four of them said I need a new roof and all four quotes where Astronomical not to Mention that they were so different in price using the same roof system not sure how that works but NJ Commercial and industrial roofing came out and quoted me half the price of the lowest new roof bid I had and applied a liquid rubber system and I got not only a in-house warranty from them I also received a warranty from the manufacture as well. Great job guys. It feels good to know there is still some Honest people in this world.

After a quick online search and review of local roofing contractors, I call NJ Commercial and Industrial. I explained my need. He advised he could meet my needs and did so, the same day. In less than 2 hours, an antenna and anchor was removed and holes from bolts was secured and sealed. Worker was professional, explained the process, and shared photos. And the cost was reasonable. Definitely give this company a call for your roofing need. Satisfied!
